Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Please note: This policy is only applicable to domestic orders.

Returns Policy

We want you to love the products that you buy from us. In case you have concerns related to your purchase or wish to place a return of the order received, drop us an e-mail/WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with details at customerservice@shopferlyy.in or +91-9811189483. All our products (except ones purchased under clearance sale) are eligible for our 2-day return policy.

We ensure that the product before leaving our warehouse for delivery goes through our quality assurance team thrice and every little detail is checked. Unevenness in colour and texture is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes like dyeing & printing. If the contents of the package or product in any condition still seem damaged we request the customer to share the image proactively within 2 days of delivery on customerservice@shopferlyy.in or WhatsApp at +91-9811189483.  If failed to do so, we will not be able to take action on the request later on. Colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or due to the screen settings you're watching. 

Parameters for Quality Check for return products: 

  • product/s should be unused
  • Product/s should not be damaged
  • Product/s should not be tampered with (opened stitching, or any alterations)
  • All the tags must be attached to the product
  • Any complimentary item/s received with the product must be returned duly.

In case of a return, if the product does not pass our quality check on the above-mentioned parameters post reverse pickup, will not be or be partially refunded depending upon the condition of the product. We will notify the same before processing your refund.  To avoid such issues, please make sure that the product is unused and sent back to us in the same condition as it was received. 

Note- In some cases, the shipping charges would be deducted from the order amount in case of order returns. We will notify the same before processing your refund. For more information, please read the refund policy below.

Exchange Policy

We understand that the sizes may differ and you may need to change the size after trying the product in person. Keeping this in mind we offer easy size exchange on all apparel (except purchases made during the clearance sale)

For any exchange, the product should be unused/unworn & the tag should be intact and the request should be raised within 2 days of delivery.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time. In case the new required size is not available, our standard returns and cancellation policy is applicable.

In some cases, we levy reverse pickup courier charges of Rs.150/- as we try to keep the prices as low as possible, and our prices do not include any shipping cost or return shipping cost. 

After raising an exchange request please wait for the approval and reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 working hours. If you do not wish to wait, you can courier the product back to the below-mentioned address. Please note products sent without raising a request would not be eligible for any exchange/return.

In case of a size problem, we can always get it exchanged for a size you need.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as a credit note.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Ferlyy account within 3-7 days which can be used for future purchases. The refund amount communicated to you post the quality check will be final. 

Please note:
1. We do not offer refunds in bank accounts.
2. Shipping charges and COD charges if any will not be refunded in any case.
3. As mentioned above, reverse pickup courier charges of Rs.150/- will be deducted.

Customized Products

Please note if you've requested customization for any product on the website, delivery timeline of that product will be 10-15 working days as it will be made specifically for you. We strictly do not accept any return or exchange on customised products, we request you to kindly check the measurements before requesting customization.

In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing from the package, please send us an email at customerservice@shopferlyy.in or WhatsApp at +91-9811189483 within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details: 


Order ID
Details of your request/Complaint
Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.

Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
