Payment Policy

Ferlyy is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

  • Domestic and International credit cards, issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Network
  • Visa Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Unified Payments Interface(UPI)
  • Gift cards issued at www.shopferlyy.in
  • Cash on delivery (COD)

Net banking is available from select banks in India, a full list is available at the time of checkout and before making payments for purchases. Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make an online transaction using your credit/debit card. You should also have enrolled your credit card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code. The credit card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to PhonePe Pvt. Ltd.

Cash on Delivery Policy

  • We have the option of ‘Cash on Delivery’ on domestic orders only. We follow all safety protocols, along with our courier partners to ensure the package that reaches you is safe.
  • If you are physically unavailable during the time of delivery, please suggest an alternative address or contact number of a reliable source at customerservice@shopferlyy.in within 48 hours of order placement/dispatch, for successful delivery.
  • If a COD order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, we will only reship the same order only if you convert it to a prepaid order, post-delivery failure.
  • If a customer refuses the delivery of a COD order more than twice, he/she will not be eligible for COD for all future orders. Then, he/she can only choose to place a prepaid order on the website.
  • All claims for shortages (missing items) or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. We request you to write to us at customerservice@shopferlyy.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9811189483 well within the aforementioned time frame. Ferlyy will not be responsible for any claim raised concerning damages or missing products post 48 hours of delivery.
  • The shipping/billing address can’t be changed once the order is placed. No modifications can be made after the successful placement of orders. For further queries, you may get in touch with our customer delight team by email at customerservice@shopferlyy.in or chat with us from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 5:30 PM IST.
  • If a COD order is to be cancelled, please inform our customer delight team by sending an email to customerservice@shopferlyy.in with the order number on the same date that you placed the order.

  • COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It can only be refunded via the brand online voucher.

Pricing Policy

  • The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

Gift Cards

  • Not refundable or redeemable in cash/ credit.
  • It cannot be replaced if the gift card code is lost/ deleted by the receiver.
  • Redeemable only on www.shopferlyy.in, the gift card cannot be used at the Ferlyy company stores in India or other retailer stores/ websites.
  • It can only be redeemed multiple times until the gift card value has been exhausted.
  • If the merchandise value is higher than the gift card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer to Ferlyy during check-out.
  • In cases where the merchandise redeemed is of value lower than the gift card value, the balance remains in the gift card and can be redeemed later.
  • Ferlyy reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
  • Gift cards or vouchers issued by Ferlyy directly or via any partner cannot be redeemed during sales, promotions, offers and discounts.
  • The terms of usage of gift cards will be sent via email to the recipient.

Payment Security

All transactions at www.shopferlyy.in are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Ferlyy is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or the end of the address bar of your browser window.

International Payments

For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).

Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders. If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

WHAT IS A CVV/CVC?

  • The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card, in the signature area.
