We at Ferlyy, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders

Shipping Details

As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 10-12 business days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

Please note if you've requested customization for any product on the website, delivery timeline of that product will be 20-25 working days as it will be made specifically for you.

Standard Shipping

Once the order is ready to dispatch it takes 5-7 business days to arrive to you in case of a domestic order. For an international order, it might take up to 25 days. However, India is a large country. Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions. However, our team tries its best to deliver your order quickly. 

Express shipping

Currently, we offer express delivery service for prepaid orders within India at an additional charge, but please be aware of unavoidable delays due to weather and other unavoidable circumstances that may affect the delivery of your orders. In such cases, our team will get in touch with you directly. Orders placed in India are fulfilled by Bluedart and international orders will reach you via DHL.

  • Domestic: Express delivery in 3-4 days depending upon the region
  • International: Express delivery in 10-15 business days depending upon the region

Shipping charges on purchase

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.3999, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge. We offer express shipping for prepaid orders within India at an additional charge, calculated at the time of cart checkout. Consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Reverse Shipping

For certain exchanges & returns, we levy reverse pickup courier charges of Rs.150/- as we try to keep the prices as low as possible, and our prices do not include any shipping cost or return shipping cost. These return/exchange charges exclude:

  • Receiving the wrong shipment, and
  • Receiving damaged product/s.
